This Program is taught and facilitated by Cody Hewitt. Cody has been in the Construction Industry for over 10 years and has rapidly gone from shop help to the President of Business Development for a Contractor out of Rochester, NY. During that time, Cody developed the Successful Foeman Mastery Program to help improve the skills needed to be a true Successful Foreman. Cody has a Bachelors in Economics from Hobart College and continually grows his knowledge and experience in the Construction Field. Cody also is a Career Coach in on the Successful Foreman Coaching Team and helps individuals on a one on one basis achieve their goals.
